ok hotel in good location for city centre. convenient for airport as finnair bus stops outside back door. great access to park for good running round beautiful lake/sea. not an architectural treat compared to other helsinki hotels but does it's job. good breakfasts.

I ran a Finnish company in the UK and stayed at the hotel most weeks through the 80's and early 90's. As we have family in Finland, we tend to stay with them. So it was to revisit! Staff are not quite as good as they were but still good. Parts of the common areas look slightly tired. But excellent rooms, and we'd definently stay there again. Very convenient location for the city and the Finnair bus to and from the airport. Best compliment I can pay - the hotel works well even for someone who has Helsinki as their second home! Use the tram, excellent restuarnats just round the corner Carellia and Lyon. The hotel does a great breakfast!

Fantastic value for Helsinki.The Finnair bus stops outside the back door and there are four trams at the front door to take you downtown if you do not want the ten minute walk. Great free sauna and excellent buffet breakfast included in the price.

Excellent no fuss bus service from the airport to the hotel and only 2 short tram stops to the Central railway station/centre. Excellant location. Can't fault it. Hotel staff were great throughout my short stay. No complaints.
