Room was a little on the small side for a twin but OK,
nice helpfull staff.
Top Tip
Don't ues the Taxis(very expensive) Very good bus and Tram service, Boat trip around the sea fortress a must, Greek resteraunt next door is also a must if you can afford it!

THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT, WELL SITUATED NEAR THE TOWN, FERRIES PUBLIC TRANSPOTT ETC, WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

we were placed in a disabled persons room by reception with the comment that it would have to be that room as the air conditioning had broken down in the hotel and the sound of the conditioning in this room was quiet. We were also told the disabled room was best for us as it was larger than the other rooms. The room smelt terrible particularly the bath room and it had all the equipment for the disabled. We could not face staying in the room and went out of the hotel for lunch. On our return we went to reception and asked for a different room saying we would rather have the noise than the smell of the disabled persons room. The man on reception was not the original man and said the hotel had not had any problem with their air conditioning and seemed perplexed that we had been given a disabled persons room. He gave us a new room (larger than the other) that certainly did not smell. All was ok in the end but we still do not know why the first man on reception lied.

The hotel was poor when it came to coffee/tea facilities and renewals within the room.
