The Sokos Torni Hotel is housed in an attractive historical building with a tower that is one of the highest points in Helsinki. Though small, the circular lobby lies under a tall glass dome and is stylishly appointed in black and yellow marble. The 152 guestrooms vary in size and layout due to the age of the property, but most are medium sized. The feature light wood fittings and a warm colour schemes and are well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. Decorated in a 1930s Art Nouveau style, the restaurant serves both international dishes and Finnish specialities. The bar is situated in the main tower and offers unique views over the city.
